Through more in-depth analysis, there are three reasons for the blockage of the cold dryer:
1、 Determined by the structure of the cold dryer. The cooler (evaporator) of the cold dryer is composed of dense aluminum fins to achieve efficient water removal, but it is also easy to be blocked by foreign matters.
2、 The pipeline from the buffer tank to the cold dryer is long.
3、 The compressed air pipe is wet air, even the wet air reaching the point. Under the action of water and oxygen, the compressed air pipe (seamless steel pipe) will quickly rust inside, and the rusted foreign matter will fall off and enter the cold dryer. Under the action of condensed water and trace oil on the surface of the cooler fin, it will stick to the fin surface. Over time, the fin gap will become smaller and smaller, the resistance will become larger and larger, resulting in excessive pressure loss of the cold dryer and reduced flow and pressure, Caused energy loss.
Improvement scheme and measures
In the actual situation without transformation, the above blocking phenomenon is not easy to avoid. In order to completely solve the non ice blocking phenomenon of the cold dryer, the first idea is transformation. Convenient and direct cleaning device; The second is to retrofit and install a filter to filter foreign matters in the pipeline. According to the above ideas, the following measures are taken:
2.1 reconstruct two six point sewage cleaning holes at the air inlet and outlet of the cold dryer to clean the compressed air pipeline passing through the cold dryer at any time. When cleaning, open the cleaning hole, use water or compressed air with a certain pressure to clean or blow in the opposite direction, flush out foreign matters in the pipeline, and directly seal the cleaning hole with a six point bulkhead after cleaning;

2.2 optimize and transform the compressed air pipeline. Install a pre filter in front of the air inlet pipe of the cold dryer. After installation, according to the differential pressure gauge on the pre filter, once the pointer points to the red area, remove the filter immediately, clean or replace the filter, and remove the oil and rust in the compressed air system of the cold dryer in time.
Improved effect
After retrofitting and installing the cleaning hole, the compressed air pipeline of the cold dryer shall be cleaned regularly. At the same time, after installing the pre filter on the freeze dryer, it shall be observed for a period of time.
The pressure loss of the cold dryer is basically within 0.02MPa, and the number of air compressors is reduced from 3-5 before the transformation to 3-4 after the transformation. The operation of one air compressor is reduced. Before the transformation, the main pipe pressure of one more air compressor is only increased by 0.02MPa:
After the transformation, one less air compressor is opened under the same working condition, and the main pipe pressure increases by more than 0.06mpa. The terminal pressure of compressed air is kept above 0.65Mpa, which not only better meets the compressed air pressure required for silk making and wrapping, but also the water humidification device of air conditioning equipment can be used arbitrarily, and the use effect is more obvious. The atomization effect of the water humidification device is improved, and the humidification and cooling effect is greater.
Under the action of this series of factors, the effect of water humidification is brought into play, which not only greatly reduces the operation time of the refrigeration unit, but also increases the diversity and flexibility of supply guarantee means. Under the condition of ensuring the completion of guaranteed supply standard, the energy consumption is reduced.
Since there is one air compressor with less operating power of 120kw, if it is calculated as 20 working days per month and operates for 12 hours per day, theoretically, it can save 28800 kwh per month and 345600 kwh throughout the year.
In fact, according to the annual statistics, the workshop saves 410000 kwh of electric energy, of which the effect of optimization and transformation of compressed air pipeline accounts for a large proportion; At the same time, due to the long-time use of water humidification and the reduction of the operation time of refrigeration unit, the steam saving effect of air conditioner and refrigerator is more obvious.
