1. The oil return pipe joint of screw air compressor is not cleaned: if it is blocked, a small part of oil will enter the pipeline with air after separation, resulting in large oil loss and lack of oil.

2. Grease the main motor bearing of screw air compressor irregularly: the bearing is worn until the main motor is burned out.

3. Irregular dust blowing and replacement of the air filter element of screw air compressor will cause: the air filter element is blocked, the air inlet and exhaust volume will decrease. Irregular replacement will increase the negative pressure, press through, pollutants enter the machine, block the oil filter, oil separation core, deterioration of cooling lubricating oil and wear of the main engine.

4. The oil filter of screw air compressor is replaced irregularly: with the increase of front and rear pressure difference, the oil overflow decreases, the exhaust temperature of screw air compressor host increases, and the machine stops. If the front and rear pressure difference is too large, the breakdown will cause pollutants to enter the machine, block the oil separation core, and the host will be worn.

5. The oil separation core of screw air compressor is not replaced: with the increase of front and rear pressure difference, the current of main motor increases and the exhaust volume decreases. If the front and rear pressure difference is too large and breaks down, the cooling lubricating oil will enter the pipeline with the air until the end of the run, and the exhaust temperature of the main engine will rise and shut down.
