Due to the invasion of the outside and the generation of the inside, many solid particle pollutants are inevitably added in the operation of the hydraulic system. Therefore, the hydraulic system must continuously remove solid particle pollutants in order to ensure the realization of the target cleanliness of the system. The filter element in the filter is to complete the function of removing particulate pollutants. The filter element is a filter element made of porous filter material. It intercepts the solid particles in the system medium through surface interception and curved pore adsorption, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the medium. At the same time, the intercepted solid particles block the medium channel of the filter element, increasing the pressure difference at both ends of the filter element. In addition, the filter element used in domestic metallurgical equipment designed and produced many years ago may also need to use alternative filter elements produced by non original manufacturers. Therefore, the use of filter element instead of products is inevitable.
2、 Steps for selecting alternative filter elements
1. The target cleanliness of the hydraulic and lubrication system is given by the manufacturer of the equipment. Users can know as long as they check the original technical data of the equipment. When using the original filter element to maintain the cleanliness of the system, the user can check the use of the original filter element through the detection of the system medium pollution; Whether the core can meet the requirements of the target cleanliness of the system. If the cleanliness of the system is qualified, it is necessary to analyze the reasons. If the performance parameters of the original filter element are too poor to reach the target cleanliness of the system, it is necessary to discuss with the manufacturer of the alternative filter element to improve the performance parameters of the alternative filter element. In short, the use of alternative filter elements must ensure the realization of the target cleanliness of the system.
2. Provide details of the original filter element · if the user wants to use a satisfactory and qualified alternative filter element, he must provide details of the original filter element and provide a new or old original filter element. In this way, the manufacturer of alternative filter element can fully understand and master the performance parameters and size parameters of the original filter element, so as to obtain a satisfactory alternative filter element. The quality and structural size can be easily judged by observation and trial assembly, and the performance parameters of the filter element, such as filtration accuracy, pollutant carrying capacity and initial differential pressure, can only be known after being tested by corresponding inspection standards. Conditional users can also test the performance of the filter element by themselves or through a third party. Of course, users can also judge the quality of the alternative filter element by detecting the cleanliness of the system after the alternative filter element is used.
